The present invention relates to a method and a structure for discharging indented materials such as soil, stones and the like, which are indented in a support pipe supporting a guardrail of a road. More specifically, a support pipe in which an indented material separated from the ground is inserted is placed and supported on a support member and the support pipe placed on the support member is compressed by being pushed in one direction by a compression member. Moreover, the compression member is enabled to be moved forward by the operation of an operation member, and then, a cutter member combined with the support member by compression force from the compression member can form a cutout part on one side of the support pipe in a longitudinal direction. The compression member compressing the support pipe is moved backwards by the counteroperation of the operation part to be returned to an original position thereof, and the compression member compressing the support pipe placed on the support member is pulled towards the operation member to enable decompression, and then, the support pipe with the cutout part, which has become free, is removed from the support member, and then, the indented material in the cutout part of the support pipe can be discharged to the outside.
본 발명은 도로의 가이드레일을 지지하고 있는 지주관의 내부로 압입되는 흙이나 돌등의 압입물들을 취출하기 위한 방법 및 구조에 관한 것으로 특히, 지면으로 부터 분리된 압입물이 삽입된 상태의 지주관을 받침부재에 안착시켜 받쳐 주고 받침부재에 안착된 지주관을 압축부재에 의해 일방향으로 밀어 압축할 수 있도록 하며 압축부재를 구동부재의 구동에 의해 전진시킬 수 있도록 한 다음 구동부재에 의해 전진하는 압축부재의 압축력에 의해 받침부재에 결합된 커터부재가 지주관 일측면에 길이 방향으로 절결부를 형성시킬 수 있도록 하고 지주관을 압축하고 있는 압축부재를 구동부재의 역구동에 의해 후진시켜 원위치로 복귀시키며 받침부재에 안착된 지주관을 압축하고 있던 압축부재를 구동부재 방향으로 당겨 압축을 해제시킬 수 있도록 한 다음 자유로운 상태가 된 절결부가 형성된 지주관을 받침부재로 부터 탈거시키고 지주관의 절결부 내부에 압입되어 있는 압입물을 외부로 취출시킬 수 있도록 된 가드레일 지주관의 압입물 취출방법 및 그 장치를 제공한다.
