The present invention is provided to effectively disinfect germs transferred from hand to hand in public facilities. An internal iron piece is installed near the middle of a door. An ultraviolet lamp is installed on the internal iron piece. A piezoelectric element is installed in a joint between the internal iron piece and the door. A protective cover enables cleaning without touching the ultraviolet lamp directly.
