Disclosed is a remote drainage apparatus for a toilet seat. The remote drainage apparatus for a toilet seat includes: a smartphone in which an application generating a drainage command signal for controlling a drainage operation is installed; a web server receiving the drainage command signal provided by the application and generating a drainage control signal; and a drainage device corresponding to the drainage control signal provided from the web server to control the drainage operation of the toilet seat, wherein the drainage device includes: a communication part performing communication with the web server; a motor part connected to an opening and closing string for opening a cover of a drain of the toilet seat to perform the drainage operation; and a control part controlling a motor when the drainage control signal is input through the communication part, thereby preventing severe offensive odors from being generated from the toilet seat.
