The present invention provides a hydraulic pressure adjustment valve with an improved damping malfunction preventing structure. The hydraulic pressure adjustment valve comprises: a valve body (3) provided with a working oil chamber (6) and at least one port (7) therein; a plurality of spools (8) inserted and installed into the valve body (3) to be movable in a longitudinal direction through the port (7) and the working oil chamber (6) for adjusting the flow of a working oil; a plurality of spool holes (9) provided within the valve body (3) to guide reciprocating motion of the spools (8) in a longitudinal direction and communicating with or blocking a connection to the working oil chamber (6) by the longitudinal reciprocating motion of the spools (8); a pushing cam (10) connected to an upper side of the valve body (3) via a joint to perform a seesaw motion based on the joint; a push rod (5) pushing the spools (8) while being pushed by the pushing cam (10); a damping chamber (18) formed between the outer circumferential surface of the push rod (5) and the valve body (3); a lower push rod (22) coupled to the push rod (5) to divide the damping chamber (18) into a neutral damping chamber (18A) and a shock-absorbing damping chamber (18B); and a shock-absorbing damping spring (32) provided in the lower shock-absorbing damping chamber (18B) to be arranged on the bottom of the lower push rod (22).
본 발명은 댐핑 오작동 방지 구조를 강화한 유압조절밸브를 제공하고자 하는 것으로, 본 발명의 구성은 내부에 작동유 챔버(6)와 적어도 하나의 포트(7)가 구비된 밸브 바디(3); 상기 밸브 바디(3)에 포트(7) 및 작동유 챔버(6)를 통하여 종방향 이동 가능하게 삽입 설치되어 작동유 흐름을 조절하는 복수개의 스풀(8); 상기 스풀(8)을 종방향으로 왕복운동 가이드되도록 상기 밸브 바디(3)의 내부에 구비되며 상기 스풀(8)의 종방향 왕복 운동에 의해 작동유 챔버(6)와 연통되거나 연결 차단되는 복수개의 스풀홀(9); 상기 밸브 바디(3)의 상부측에 조인트를 매개로 연결되어 조인트를 기준으로 시이소 운동하는 푸싱캠(10); 상기 푸싱캠(10)에 의해 눌려지면서 상기 스풀(8)을 누르는 푸시로드(5); 상기 푸시로드(5)의 외주면과 상기 밸브 바디(3) 사이에 형성된 댐핑챔버(18); 상기 댐핑챔버(18)를 중립 댐핑챔버(18A)와 쇽업 댐핑챔버(18B)로 구획하도록 상기 푸시로드(5)에 결합된 하부 푸시로드(22); 상기 하부 푸시로드(22)의 저면에 배치되도록 상기 하부 쇽업 댐핑챔버(18B)에 구비된 쇽업 댐핑 스프링(32);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention provides a hydraulic pressure adjustment valve with an improved damping malfunction preventing structure. The hydraulic pressure adjustment valve comprises: a valve body (3) provided with a working oil chamber (6) and at least one port (7) therein; a plurality of spools (8) inserted and installed into the valve body (3) to be movable in a longitudinal direction through the port (7) and the working oil chamber (6) for adjusting the flow of a working oil; a plurality of spool holes (9) provided within the valve body (3) to guide reciprocating motion of the spools (8) in a longitudinal direction and communicating with or blocking a connection to the working oil chamber (6) by the longitudinal reciprocating motion of the spools (8); a pushing cam (10) connected to an upper side of the valve body (3) via a joint to perform a seesaw motion based on the joint; a push rod (5) pushing the spools (8) while being pushed by the pushing cam (10); a damping chamber (18) formed between the outer circumferential surface of the push rod (5) and the valve body (3); a lower push rod (22) coupled to the push rod (5) to divide the damping chamber (18) into a neutral damping chamber (18A) and a shock-absorbing damping chamber (18B); and a shock-absorbing damping spring (32) provided in the lower shock-absorbing damping chamber (18B) to be arranged on the bottom of the lower push rod (22).
본 발명은 댐핑 오작동 방지 구조를 강화한 유압조절밸브를 제공하고자 하는 것으로, 본 발명의 구성은 내부에 작동유 챔버(6)와 적어도 하나의 포트(7)가 구비된 밸브 바디(3); 상기 밸브 바디(3)에 포트(7) 및 작동유 챔버(6)를 통하여 종방향 이동 가능하게 삽입 설치되어 작동유 흐름을 조절하는 복수개의 스풀(8); 상기 스풀(8)을 종방향으로 왕복운동 가이드되도록 상기 밸브 바디(3)의 내부에 구비되며 상기 스풀(8)의 종방향 왕복 운동에 의해 작동유 챔버(6)와 연통되거나 연결 차단되는 복수개의 스풀홀(9); 상기 밸브 바디(3)의 상부측에 조인트를 매개로 연결되어 조인트를 기준으로 시이소 운동하는 푸싱캠(10); 상기 푸싱캠(10)에 의해 눌려지면서 상기 스풀(8)을 누르는 푸시로드(5); 상기 푸시로드(5)의 외주면과 상기 밸브 바디(3) 사이에 형성된 댐핑챔버(18); 상기 댐핑챔버(18)를 중립 댐핑챔버(18A)와 쇽업 댐핑챔버(18B)로 구획하도록 상기 푸시로드(5)에 결합된 하부 푸시로드(22); 상기 하부 푸시로드(22)의 저면에 배치되도록 상기 하부 쇽업 댐핑챔버(18B)에 구비된 쇽업 댐핑 스프링(32);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
