The present invention relates to a road mat weaving apparatus capable of constantly maintaining binding force between a warp and a weft. According to the present invention, the road mat weaving apparatus comprises: a warp feeding unit feeding a plurality of warps; a warp intersection unit vertically separating the plurality of warps discharged from the warp feeding unit, and vertically intersecting the plurality of vertically separated warps; a weft feeding unit feeding a weft between the plurality of vertically intersected warps; a rotational body forming a guide path which guides and arranges movement of the warps discharged from the warp intersection unit and a hook which presses the weft fed from the weft feeding unit, and rotated and reciprocated between a first position which hooks the weft provided from the weft feeding unit and a second position in which the weft hooked at the first position intersects the warp to be woven; and a body operation unit rotating and reciprocating the rotational body between the first and second positions.
