The present invention relates to a cap for preventing foreign substances from flowing into a pile, having a shock absorbing function when a pile is driven. More specifically, the cap for preventing foreign substances from flowing into a pile, having the shock absorbing function when the pile is driven, includes: a cover plate mounted at an upper end of the pile having a bolt hole formed along the edge of the upper end and having a first coupling hole corresponding to the bolt hole and a first air outflow hole through which air existing in a bored hole to the outside when the pile is inserted into the bored hole on the ground; and a cushion plate provided on the upper surface of the cover plate and including a second air outflow hole corresponding to the first air outflow hole, an opening and closing unit opening and closing the second air outflow hole, and a second coupling hole corresponding to the first coupling hole. According to the present invention, when the pile is embedded in the bored hole on the ground, the shock applied to the pile when the pile is driven for finishing is released by the cushion plate installed at an upper end of the pile. So, the cap for preventing foreign substances from flowing into a pile prevents the pile from being damaged. Also, the air outflow hole is automatically opened, and the inner air of the bored hole is discharged to the outside. The air outflow hole is automatically sealed, and the cap for preventing foreign substances from flowing into a pile fundamentally prevents the foreign substances such as soil and earth or cement around the bored hole from flowing into the pile through the air outflow hole.

본 발명은, 파일 항타시 충격 완화 기능을 가지는 파일 속 이물질 유입 방지캡에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 상단 테두리를 따라 볼트홀이 형성된 파일의 상단에 안착되며, 파일이 지면의 천공홀에 삽입될 때, 천공홀 내부에 존재하는 공기가 외부로 배출되는 제1 에어유출홀과 볼트홀에 대응하는 제1 체결홀이 형성된 덮개판 및 덮개판의 상면에 구비되며, 제1 에어유출홀에 대응하는 제2 에어유출홀과 제2 에어유출홀을 개폐하는 개폐구와 제1 체결홀에 대응하는 제2 체결홀이 구비된 쿠션판을 포함하는 파일 항타시 충격 완화 기능을 가지는 파일 속 이물질 유입 방지캡에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 파일을 지면의 천공홀에 근입할 때, 파일의 상단에 설치된 쿠션판에 의해 마무리 항타시 파일에 가해지는 충격이 완화되어 파일이 파손되는 것을 방지하고, 에어유출홀이 자동으로 개방되어 천공홀의 내부 공기가 외부로 배출하고, 그 이후에는 에어유출홀이 자동으로 밀폐됨으로써 에어유출홀을 통해 천공홀 주변의 토사나 시멘트와 같은 이물질이 파일 내부로 유입되는 것이 원천적으로 차단되는 효과가 있다.
