The present invention relates to a pivot head system, comprising: a casing having a locking step on an inner circumferential surface of an upper end and having a cylindrical casing main body with an upper surface and a lower surface which are opened; a support plate integrally formed on the upper surface of the casing main body and having a through hole at a central portion; a lower cover provided on the opened lower surface of the casing main body; a pivot head having a head main body with an upper surface coming in close contact with the locking step, a main rod integrally formed on the upper surface of the head main body to be sequentially penetrated through the opened upper surface of the casing main body and the through hole of the support plate and to be exposed, and a head top provided at an upper end of the main rod; and a spring provided between the upper surface of the support plate and a lower surface of the head top to accommodate the outer circumferential surface of the main rod, thereby easily attaching and detaching a window to and from a window frame and also automatically adjusting the clearance between the window and the window frame to make the window slide softly and quietly.
본 발명은 피봇 헤드 시스템에 관한 것으로,상단 내주면에는 걸림턱이 형성되어 있으며 상부면 및 하부면이 개방된 통상(筒狀)의 케이싱 본체를 갖는 케이싱과; 상기 케이싱 본체의 상부면에 일체로 형성되어 있으며 중심 부분에 관통공이 형성된 지지 플레이트와; 상기 케이싱 본체의 개방된 하부면에 제공된 하부 커버와; 상기 걸림턱에 상부면이 밀착된 헤드 본체와, 상기 헤드 본체의 상부면에 일체로 형성되어 상기 케이싱 본체의 개방된 상부면과 상기 지지 플레이트의 관통공을 순차적으로 관통하여 노출된 메인 로드와, 상기 메인 로드의 상단에 제공된 헤드 탑을 갖는 피봇 헤드와; 상기 메인 로드의 외주면이 수용되도록 상기 지지 플레이트의 상부면과 상기 헤드 탑의 하부면 사이에 제공된 스프링으로 구성됨으로써, 창호를 창호틀에 용이하게 장탈착할 수 있음은 물론, 창호와 창호틀의 유격을 자동조절하여 부드럽고 조용한 미닫이를 구현할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
