The present invention relates a crack prevention sheet for a road, and more specifically, to a crack prevention sheet for a road, wherein a reinforcing thread is provided in one direction of a web to increase a tensile force, and a through-hole unit is formed by tying the web at a predetermined interval, thereby increasing water permeability. In addition, because the web is tied together at the predetermined interval, the web forms a virtual filament-thread which is constructed like a rope that is made by twisting straw, in order to be installed in a mat type on an upper portion of a conventional paved surface or a newly paved surface before a pavement construction is performed, thereby preventing plastic deformation and crack generation of a paved road. To this end, in the crack prevention sheet for a road of the present invention, the reinforcing thread is installed at the predetermined interval on one surface of the web, and the filament is tied by using a tying thread with a predetermined width in a direction orthogonal to the reinforcing thread to form a horizontal tying unit, wherein the horizontal tying unit is repeatedly and successively formed in left and right directions.
본 발명은 도로의 크랙방지용 시트에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 웹의 일방향으로 보강사를 공급하여 인장력을 향상시킴과 상기 웹을 일정 간격으로 엮어서 통공부를 형성시킴으로 투수성이 향상되고 웹을 일정간격으로 엮으므로 웹이 마치 짚으로 꼬아 줄처럼 만든 가상필라멘트사를 형성시켜 기존포장면 또는 신설포장면의 상부에 매트식으로 부설한 후 포장공사를 함으로써 포장도로의 소성변형과 균열발생을 방지하도록 한 도로의 크랙방지용 시트에 관한 것인바, 본 발명은 도로의 크랙방지용 시트에 있어서, 웹의 일면에 보강사를 일정한 간격으로 설치하고 보강사와 직교하는 방향에 대하여 상기 단섬유를 일정한 폭으로 묶음사를 이용하여 묶어 수평묶음부를 형성시키되 상기 수평묶음부가 좌우방향으로 반복연속되게 형성된 것에 그 특징이 있다.
