The present invention relates to a house with a function of changing the location of a living room and a veranda-integrated balcony, and more specifically, to a house wherein a rooftop house having a gate for a veranda-integrated balcony is disposed on the inside of a roof of a house main body having a space unit of a predetermined area, a plurality of windows and a gate. To this end, the present house further comprises: a side wall entrance space unit and a bottom surface entrance space unit which are formed at both side walls of the house main body and between a lower portion of a bottom surface of a living room and the ground; at least one pair of multistage hydraulic cylinders which are operated corresponding to an output signal of a control panel, and generate driving power required for entrance of a variable type space forming body by varying the length of a multistage cylinder rod; at least one pair of rails which allow the multistage cylinder rod of the multistage hydraulic cylinders to smoothly enter the inside thereof, and support the lower surface of both sides of the variable type space forming body; and the variable type space forming body which outwardly protrudes from the front portion of the house main body or is inwardly introduced corresponding to the operation of the multistage hydraulic cylinders in order to vary the indoor space area in the house main body. Therefore, the area of a living room and a veranda-integrated balcony can be expanded as required by a resident for use.
본 발명은 거실 및 베란다겸 발코니 위치 가변 기능을 갖는 하우스에 관한 것으로 특히, 소정면적을 갖는 공간부와 복수의 창 및 출입문을 구비한 하우스 본체의 지붕 안쪽에는 베란다겸 발코니 출입문이 구비된 옥탑방이 마련된 하우스에 있어서, 상기 하우스 본체의 양측 벽과 거실의 바닥면 저부 및 지상 사이에 형성된 측벽 출입 공간부 및 바닥면 출입 공간부와; 제어반의 출력신호에 대응하여 작동되며 다단 실린더 로드의 길이 가변을 통해 가변형 공간 형성체의 출입에 필요한 동력을 발생시켜 주는 적어도 한 쌍 이상의 다단 유압 실린더와; 상기 다단 유압 실린더들의 다단 실린더 로드가 그 내부를 원활히 출입되도록 함은 물론 가변형 공간 형성체의 양측 저면을 받쳐주는 적어도 한 쌍 이상의 레일과; 상기 다단 유압 실린더들의 구동에 대응하여 하우스 본체의 전방부에서 외측으로 돌출되거나 내부로 유입되며 하우스 본체 내의 실내 공간 면적이 가변되게 하는 가변형 공간 형성체;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 거주자가 필요에 따라 거실과 베란다겸 발코니의 면적을 넓혀 사용할 수 있다.
