SOUNDPROOFING WALL REPAIR STRUCTURE AND REPAIR METHOD
The present invention relates to a decrepit soundproof wall repair structure and a repair method thereof, which can effectively perform repair and reinforcing works of a decrepit soundproof wall, thereby improving an external appearance and increasing durability. To this end, in a soundproof wall repair structure which is provided to additionally install a repair soundproof plate for repair (30) at a soundproof wall in which a plurality of soundproof panels (20) are stacked among columns (10), a plurality of square pipe fixators (40) are welded to be fixed at a predetermined interval on the columns (10). In addition, a vertical square pipe (50) and a horizontal square pipe (60) are individually installed to be connected to the square pipe fixators (40). Furthermore, a repair soundproof plate (30) is fixed to the vertical square pipe (50) and the horizontal square pipe (60) by a piece to prevent the conventional soundproof panels (20) from being exposed to the outside. Moreover, as for the columns (10) installed at a distal end side of the soundproof wall, a finishing plate fixator (70) is inserted into and coupled to one side of the square pipe fixators (40). Not only that, a covering finishing plate (80) is vertically inserted into and coupled to the installation part of the finishing plate fixator (70) in order to prevent the columns (10) from being exposed to the outside.
본 발명은 노후 방음벽 보수구조 및 보수방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 외관 향상 및 내구성 강화를 위한 노후된 방음벽의 보수 및 보강작업이 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 지주(10) 사이에 다수의 방음패널(20)이 적층된 구조를 이루는 방음벽에 보수용 보수방음판(30)을 추가로 설치하는 방음벽 보수구조에 있어서, 상기 지주(10)에는 다수의 각관 고정구(40)가 일정 간격으로 용접 고정되고; 상기 각관 고정구(40)에는 보강을 위한 수직각관(50) 및 수평각관(60)이 각각 연결 설치되며; 상기 기존 방음패널(20)의 외부 노출을 방지하기 위한 보수방음판(30)이 수직각관(50) 및 수평각관(60)에 피스 고정되고; 상기 방음벽의 끝단측에 설치되는 지주(10)에는 마감판 고정구(70)가 각관 고정구(40)의 일측에 삽입 결합되며; 상기 마감판 고정구(70) 설치부위에는 지주(10)의 외부 노출을 방지하기 위한 가림 마감판(80)이 수직방향으로 삽입 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a decrepit soundproof wall repair structure and a repair method thereof, which can effectively perform repair and reinforcing works of a decrepit soundproof wall, thereby improving an external appearance and increasing durability. 본 발명은 노후 방음벽 보수구조 및 보수방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 외관 향상 및 내구성 강화를 위한 노후된 방음벽의 보수 및 보강작업이 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 지주(10) 사이에 다수의 방음패널(20)이 적층된 구조를 이루는 방음벽에 보수용 보수방음판(30)을 추가로 설치하는 방음벽 보수구조에 있어서, 상기 지주(10)에는 다수의 각관 고정구(40)가 일정 간격으로 용접 고정되고; 상기 각관 고정구(40)에는 보강을 위한 수직각관(50) 및 수평각관(60)이 각각 연결 설치되며; 상기 기존 방음패널(20)의 외부 노출을 방지하기 위한 보수방음판(30)이 수직각관(50) 및 수평각관(60)에 피스 고정되고; 상기 방음벽의 끝단측에 설치되는 지주(10)에는 마감판 고정구(70)가 각관 고정구(40)의 일측에 삽입 결합되며; 상기 마감판 고정구(70) 설치부위에는 지주(10)의 외부 노출을 방지하기 위한 가림 마감판(80)이 수직방향으로 삽입 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
