The present invention relates to an impact absorbing and mitigating apparatus for a vehicle, which is installed on a road so as to mitigate impact generated when the vehicle collides therewith, and more specifically, to an impact absorbing and mitigating apparatus, in which a front end of a component further reducing a speed of a speed reduction driving frame moved backwards in accordance with collision of the vehicle is fastened to a cable fixing means and a back end thereof is installed on a speed reduction cable fastened to a fixed frame, thereby controlling the amount of speed reduction by the impact.
본 발명은 자동차의 충돌시 발생하는 충격을 완화하기 위해 도로에 설치되는 차량용 충격흡수완화장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 차량의 충돌에 따라 후방으로 후퇴하는 감속가동프레임의 속도를 보다 감속시키는 구성요소가 케이블고정수단에 전단이 결속되고 후단이 고정프레임에 결속되는 감속케이블에 설치되어 충격에 의한 감속량을 제어할 수 있는 차량용 충격흡수완화장치에 관한 것이다.
