Wall Structure Using Stone And Insulation Panel Unit
The present invention relates to a coupling structure of a wall body using an exterior composite panel coupled to an insulation panel unit and an ultra-slim stone plate thereof, wherein an upper panel latching groove (3152) and a lower panel latching groove (5152) are respectively formed in a U shape at a joint corner of an insulation panel unit (310) and an insulation panel unit (510) between an upper ultra-slim stone plate (320) and a lower ultra-slim stone plate (520). In addition, for increasing the strength of the corner, upward and downward latching unit fasteners (550, 540) are respectively inserted into the upper panel latching groove (3152) and the lower panel latching groove (5152). Moreover, fastener latching grooves (320a, 520a) are respectively formed at the end portion of the upper ultra-slim stone plate (320) and the lower ultra-slim stone plate (520). Accordingly, a small latching wing unit (554) of the upward latching unit fastener (550) is inserted in and fixated to the fastener latching groove (320a) of the ultra-slim stone plate (320). Therefore, the present invention can be applied to a conventional building as an insulation panel and a material for reducing noise between floors without changing the design.
본 발명은 단열패널유닛(310)과 단열패널유닛(510)의 접합 모서리에는 각각 상부 패널걸림홈(3152) 및 하부 패널걸림홈(5152)이 상부의 초슬림석재판(320)과 하부의 초슬림석재판(520)과의 사이에서 “U”자 형태로 형성되게 하고, 모서리의 견고성을 위하여 상부 패널걸림홈(3152) 및 하부 패널걸림홈(5152)에 각각 상하향걸이부용 체결파스너(550)(540)가 끼워지되, 상기 상부의 초슬림석재판(320)과 하부의 초슬림석재판(520)의 단부에 각각 체결파스너걸이홈(320a)(520a)을 형성하여 상기 초슬림석재판(320)의 체결파스너걸이홈(320a)에는 상향걸이부용체결파스너(550)의 소형걸림날개부(554)가 끼워져 고정되는 단열패널유닛 및 이에 초슬림석재판과 결합된 외장용 복합패널을 이용한 벽체 결합구조이다.
