A FIXING STRUCTURE FOR PROTECTING PIPE
Disclosed is a fixing frame for fixing an erected pipe which can be easily installed. The fixing frame for fixing an erected pipe comprises: a first and a second fixing frame member coupled by facing each other to enclose the outside of an erected pipe installed to vertically pass through an inter-story floor of a building, and installed to cover the inter-story floor; a pair of fastening units to fasten both ends of the first and second fixing frame members facing each other; and a shear bolt installed on at least one of the first and second fixing frame members to be moved forwards and backwards, and tightly coupled to the outside of the erected pipe by passing through one of the first and second fixing frame members when moving forwards. Each of the first and second fixing frame members includes: a fixing frame body of a semi-cylindrical shape to enclose and support the outside of the erected pipe; coupling units extended from both ends of the fixing frame body to face each other; and a cover flange extended by expanding from the lower end of the fixing frame body to the outside. A shear bolt coupling unit allowing the shear bolt to penetrate from the outer circumference thereof to the inner circumference thereof to be coupled thereto is formed on the fixing frame body. A coupling hole allowing a bolt of the fastening units to be coupled thereto is formed on the coupling units extended from both ends of the fixing frame body to face each other. A bolt head stopping protrusion for fixing the head of the bolt to prevent the head of the bolt from rotating is formed around the coupling hole.
건물의 층간바닥을 수직으로 통과하도록 설치되는 입상배관의 외측을 감싸도록 상호 마주하여 결합되고 층간바닥을 덮도록 설치되는 제1 및 제2고정틀 부재와, 제1 및 제2고정틀부재의 서로 마주하는 양단부를 체결하는 한 쌍의 체결부 및, 제1 및 제2고정틀부재 중 적어도 어느 하나에 전 후진 이동 가능하게 설치되며 전진시 제1 및 제2고정틀부재 중 어느 하나를 통과하여 상기 입상배관의 외측에 밀착 결합되는 전단볼트를 포함하고, 제1 및 제2고정틀부재 각각은, 입상배관의 외측을 감싸서 지지하는 반 원통형의 고정틀 몸체와, 고정틀 몸체의 양단에서 서로 마주하도록 연장되는 결합부와, 고정틀 몸체의 하단에서 외측으로 확장되어 연장되는 커버플랜지를 포함하고, 고정틀 몸체에는 전단볼트가 외주에서 내주로 관통하여 결합되는 전단볼트 결합부가 형성되며, 고정틀 몸체의 양단에서 서로 마주하도록 연장되는 결합부에는 체결부의 볼트가 결합되는 결합공이 형성되고 결합공 주변에는 볼트의 헤드가 회전하지 못하도록 고정하기 위한 볼트헤드 걸림턱이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입상배관 고정용 고정틀이 개시된다.
A FIXING STRUCTURE FOR PROTECTING PIPE
Disclosed is a fixing frame for fixing an erected pipe which can be easily installed. The fixing frame for fixing an erected pipe comprises: a first and a second fixing frame member coupled by facing each other to enclose the outside of an erected pipe installed to vertically pass through an inter-story floor of a building, and installed to cover the inter-story floor; a pair of fastening units to fasten both ends of the first and second fixing frame members facing each other; and a shear bolt installed on at least one of the first and second fixing frame members to be moved forwards and backwards, and tightly coupled to the outside of the erected pipe by passing through one of the first and second fixing frame members when moving forwards. Each of the first and second fixing frame members includes: a fixing frame body of a semi-cylindrical shape to enclose and support the outside of the erected pipe; coupling units extended from both ends of the fixing frame body to face each other; and a cover flange extended by expanding from the lower end of the fixing frame body to the outside. A shear bolt coupling unit allowing the shear bolt to penetrate from the outer circumference thereof to the inner circumference thereof to be coupled thereto is formed on the fixing frame body. A coupling hole allowing a bolt of the fastening units to be coupled thereto is formed on the coupling units extended from both ends of the fixing frame body to face each other. A bolt head stopping protrusion for fixing the head of the bolt to prevent the head of the bolt from rotating is formed around the coupling hole.
건물의 층간바닥을 수직으로 통과하도록 설치되는 입상배관의 외측을 감싸도록 상호 마주하여 결합되고 층간바닥을 덮도록 설치되는 제1 및 제2고정틀 부재와, 제1 및 제2고정틀부재의 서로 마주하는 양단부를 체결하는 한 쌍의 체결부 및, 제1 및 제2고정틀부재 중 적어도 어느 하나에 전 후진 이동 가능하게 설치되며 전진시 제1 및 제2고정틀부재 중 어느 하나를 통과하여 상기 입상배관의 외측에 밀착 결합되는 전단볼트를 포함하고, 제1 및 제2고정틀부재 각각은, 입상배관의 외측을 감싸서 지지하는 반 원통형의 고정틀 몸체와, 고정틀 몸체의 양단에서 서로 마주하도록 연장되는 결합부와, 고정틀 몸체의 하단에서 외측으로 확장되어 연장되는 커버플랜지를 포함하고, 고정틀 몸체에는 전단볼트가 외주에서 내주로 관통하여 결합되는 전단볼트 결합부가 형성되며, 고정틀 몸체의 양단에서 서로 마주하도록 연장되는 결합부에는 체결부의 볼트가 결합되는 결합공이 형성되고 결합공 주변에는 볼트의 헤드가 회전하지 못하도록 고정하기 위한 볼트헤드 걸림턱이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입상배관 고정용 고정틀이 개시된다.
