The present invention relates to a method for laying cork flooring and a cork flooring structure laid thereby. The method for laying cork flooring includes a base surface firming step, a permeable-layer forming step, a solidifying step, and a laying cork flooring composition applying step to sequentially form a base surface (110), a permeable layer (130), a solidifying layer (140), and a cork flooring layer (150). The laying cork flooring composition applying step includes: a cork crushing step; an eco-friendly regeneration material mixing step; a temperature-sensitive paint mixing step; and a step of preparing a liquid type of cork laying composition by mixing a supplementary member. Therefore, the method forms a multilayer structure to form eco-friendly cork flooring on the top thereof, thereby increasing a service life of the eco-friendly cork flooring and providing comfort to a user by having the physical characteristics of the cork flooring itself. Further, the method can reinforce permeability and fastening force to ensure the physical characteristics of the cork flooring of the top and increase the overall physical parameters of the cork flooring itself, thereby bearing comparison with conventional urethane flooring while being based on an eco-friendly material.
