Double anchor and construction method for finishing exterior wall of building
The present invention relates to a double anchor for finishing construction of an outer wall of a building and, more specifically, to a double anchor for finishing construction of an outer wall of a building and an outer wall construction method using the double anchor. The double anchor installed on an outer wall structure is constructed, thereby facilitating the construction including pressurizing and fixing of an insulator while mortar is bonded to the rear surface in a process of constructing the insulator. In addition, in a process of attaching the insulator to the outer wall structure, the insulator is filled and restrained in the reinforcing and mortar filling groove of a bonding mortar layer through the double anchor, thereby enabling the outer wall structure and the insulator to be integrated in an anchor structure according to an increase in the strength of the bonding mortar layer using the double anchor by such means of securing strong bonding between the bonding mortar layer and the outer wall structure and strong bonding between the bonding mortar layer and the insulator. Moreover, a sufficient attaching and fixing force can be granted with the use of only mortar corresponding to the contact surface of the double anchor so as to reduce the cost of the insulator construction and eliminate the necessity of securing a separate anchor outside the insulator, thereby protecting the insulator and shortening the construction time.
본 발명은 건축물 외벽 마감 시공용 더블앙카에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 외벽구조체에 설치되는 더블앙카를 구성함으로써, 단열재를 시공하는 과정에서 후면에 몰탈이 떠 붙여진 상태에서 가압 고정하면 되는 등 시공이 매우 편리하게 하며, 또한 단열재가 외벽구조체에 부착되는 과정에서 더블앙카를 통해 접착몰탈층의 보강 및 몰탈 충입홈에 충입 구속되게 함으로써, 접착몰탈층과 외벽구조체와의 견고한 부착과 접착몰탈층과 단열재의 견고한 부착이 가능하게 하는 등 더블앙카를 통한 접착몰탈층의 강도 향상에 따른 외벽구조체와 단열재가 앙카구조로 견고한 일체화가 가능하게 하며, 또한 더블앙카의 접촉면에 해당하는 몰탈만의 사용으로 충분한 부착 고정력의 부여가 가능하게 함으로써, 단열재 시공에 따른 비용의 절감이 가능하게 하면서도, 단열재의 외부에서 별도의 앙카 고정이 필요 없게 하여 단열재의 보호 및 시공시간의 현격한 단축이 가능하게 하기 위한 건축물 외벽 마감 시공용 더블앙카 및 그 더블앙카를 이용한 외벽 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
