APPARATUS FOR COLLECTING AND TRANSPORTING SNOWFALL AND METHOD FOR COLLECTING AND TRANSPORTING SNOWFALL USING THE SAME
According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is an apparatus capable of reducing time and costs for working in regard to the removal of snowdrifts on a road by integrating the collection, transfer, and dissolution of snowdrifts into one single process. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus includes: a suction part suctioning snowdrifts while collecting the snowdrifts; a duct part receiving the snowdrifts through one end thereof combined with the suction part, providing a transfer route to the snowdrifts transferred by pressure provided by the suction part, and discharging the snowdrifts through the other end; a transfer part including a transfer frame which has a frame shape, first and second rollers which are installed in both sides of the transfer frame, a transfer belt coupled to the first and second rollers to continuously perform an orbital movement and transferring the snowdrifts by receiving the snowdrifts discharged from the duct part, a driving part coupled to the transfer frame and rotating the first roller or the second roller, and a roller brush coupled to the transfer frame to perform a rotation movement and removing the remaining snowdrifts on the outer surface of the transfer belt by coming in rolling contact with the outer surface, with which the transfer belt and the snowdrifts come in contact; and a collection part combined with one part of the transfer frame adjacent to the other end of the duct part, and performing a linear or tilting movement to facilitate the collection of the snowdrifts discharged from the other end of the duct part.
본 발명의 일 실시 예는 적설의 수거, 이송 및 용해가 하나의 공정으로 수행되도록 하여, 도로 등에 쌓인 눈인 적설 제거에 있어서, 작업 비용을 절감하고 작업 시간을 단축시키는 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 적설 수거 이송 장치는, 적설을 수거하면서 적설에 대한 흡입을 수행하는 흡입부; 상기 흡입부 결합한 일단으로 적설을 전달 받고, 상기 흡입부가 제공하는 압력에 의해 이송되는 적설에 이송 경로를 제공하며, 타단으로 적설을 분출하는 덕트부; 프레임의 형상인 이송프레임, 롤러의 형상으로 상기 이송프레임의 양 측에 설치되는 제1롤러와 제2롤러, 상기 제1롤러와 상기 제2롤러에 결합하여 연속적으로 궤도 운동을 수행하며 상기 덕트부로부터 분출된 적설을 전달 받아 이송시키는 이송밸트, 상기 이송프레임과 결합하고 상기 제1롤러 또는 상기 제2롤러를 회전시키는 구동부, 및, 상기 이송프레임과 결합하여 회전 운동을 수행하고 상기 이송밸트와 적설이 접촉하는 외부면과 구름 접촉하여 상기 이송밸트 외부면의 잔여 적설을 제거하는 롤러브러쉬,를 구비하는 이송부; 및 상기 덕트부의 타단에 인접한 상기 이송프레임의 일 부위와 결합하고, 상기 덕트부의 타단으로부터 분출된 적설의 수집을 용이하게 수행하기 위해 직선 운동 또는 기울기 운동을 수행하는 수집부;를 포함한다.
