Provided is a flow rate control valve having a driving motor waterproofing function. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the flow rate control valve transfers fluids pumped by a water supply pump (P) to a nozzle part (300) and a nozzle cleaning part (800) cleaning the nozzle part (300), and includes: at least one housing (410, 420) in which the fluids pumped by the water supply pump (P) are accommodated; and at least one driving motor (430, 440) rotating to change the connection area of each of the nozzle cleaning part (800), the nozzle part (300) and the at least one housing (410, 420). At least one sealing adaptor (450, 460) for preventing the pumped fluids from flowing into the at least one driving motor (430, 440) can be formed between the at least one housing (410, 420) and the at least one driving motor (430, 440).
