DOOR LIMIT SWITCH INTEGRATED WITH HINGE
The present invention relates to a door limit switch integrated with a hinge, which provides a standard of installation of a standardized push bar, and ensure a safe passage space by preventing any protrusions inward a watertight door by installing a push bar on a hinge connecting a watertight door and a frame instead of installing a push bar on the inner surface of the watertight door and determining whether the door is opened based on the positional movement of a roller that is pushed by the hinged push bar to be moved when the watertight door is closed.
본 발명은 수밀문의 내측면에 푸시바를 설치하는 것이 아닌 수밀문과 프레임을 서로 연결하는 힌지 상에 푸시바를 설치하고, 수밀문의 폐쇄(close) 시 힌지 동작되는 푸시바에 의해 밀려나면서 위치이동되는 롤러의 위치이동 여부를 토대로 도어의 개방 여부를 판단함으로써, 정형화 된 푸시바의 설치 기준을 제시할 수 있고 수밀문의 내측으로 어떠한 돌출 부분도 존재하지 않도록 함으로써 안전한 통행공간을 확보할 수 있도록 하는 힌지 일체형 도어 리미트 스위치에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 수밀문의 내측면에 푸시바를 설치하는 것이 아닌 수밀문과 프레임을 서로 연결하는 힌지 상에 푸시바를 설치하고, 수밀문의 폐쇄(close) 시 힌지 동작되는 푸시바에 의해 밀려나면서 위치이동되는 롤러의 위치이동 여부를 토대로 도어의 개방 여부를 판단함으로써, 정형화 된 푸시바의 설치 기준을 제시할 수 있고 수밀문의 내측으로 어떠한 돌출 부분도 존재하지 않도록 함으로써 안전한 통행공간을 확보할 수 있도록 하는 힌지 일체형 도어 리미트 스위치에 관한 것이다.
