According to the present invention, a carbon composite manufacturing method comprises: a step (a) of providing a carbon fiber preform; and a step (b) of filling the carbon fiber preform with a mixture containing heat-resistant ceramic particles having bimodal distribution and a carbon source, and heat-treating the mixture to densify the same.
본 발명에 따른 탄소 복합재의 제조방법은 a) 탄소섬유 프리폼을 제공하는 단계; 및 b) 상기 탄소섬유 프리폼에 탄소원 및 바이모달 분포를 갖는 내열성 세라믹입자를 포함하는 혼합물을 충진하고 열처리하여 밀도화하는 단계;를 포함한다.
