FIRE-RESISTANT PARTITION ASSEMBLY TYPE
According to the present invention, a prefabricated fireproof partition is provided. As both ends of a steel sheet forming a panel of a prefabricated partition are bent into a predetermined shape, one end of the steel sheet and the other end of the steel sheet are consecutively combined, while a reinforcement bar and a sub reinforcement bar, a connection bar or a fixing bar are installed in a longitudinal direction therebetween. Therefore, the partition can be quickly completed due to convenient assembly and installation, there is no need to prepare a separate cap or perform calking work to fill a gap of an existing connection part because the partition does not have a gap in a connection part even if a plurality of panels are consecutively installed, and the beauty of the exterior is maintained. Moreover, since the partition is prevented from being cracked or damaged by the reinforcement bar and the sub reinforcement bar or the connection bar or the fixing bar in case of a fire, the partition is capable of minimizing the loss of lives and properties by preventing a fire from spreading.
본 발명은 조립식 칸막이의 패널을 형성하는 강판의 양단을 소정 형태로 절곡시켜 구비하여 상기 강판의 일측단과 다른 강판의 타측단을 연속, 결합시키되, 그 사이에 보강대와 보조보강대 또는 연결대 또는 고정대를 길이 방향으로 설치하여 줌으로써, 조립 및 설치가 간편하여 신속하게 칸막이를 완성할 수 있고, 다수의 패널을 연속적으로 설치해도 연결부분의 틈새가 없어 종래 연결부분의 틈새를 메우기 위해 코킹작업을 실시하거나 별도의 캡을 구비하지 않아도 되며, 외관상 미려함을 유지함은 물론 화재 발생시 보강대와 보조보강대 또는 연결대 또는 고정대에 의해 벌어지거나 파손되는 것을 방지하여 화재 확산을 예방하여 인명 및 재산 피해를 최소화 할 수 있도록 하는 조립식 내화 칸막이를 제공하고자 한다.
