FABRICATION METHOD FOR POROUS ALPHA-PHASE SILICON CARBIDE
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing porous alpha-phase silicon carbide which comprises the following steps: manufacturing a molded body by comprising a carbon powder and beta-phase silicon carbide; conducting primary heat treatment of a mixture containing the molded body and a silicon powder to manufacture a high density beta-phase silicon carbide preform; and conducting secondary heat treatment of the high density beta-phase silicon carbide preform to obtain alpha-phase silicon carbide. The present invention can reduce costs by using relatively low-cost carbon and silicon powders as raw materials.
본원은 탄소 분말 및 베타상 탄화규소를 포함하는 성형체를 제조하는 단계; 상기 성형체 및 규소 분말을 포함하는 혼합물을 1 차 열처리하여 고밀도의 베타상 탄화규소 프리폼을 제조하는 단계 및 상기 고밀도의 베타상 탄화규소 프리폼을 2 차 열처리 하여 알파상 탄화규소를 수득하는 단계를 포함하는, 다공질 알파상 탄화규소의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
