The present invention relates to a safe-locking type quick coupler (1) comprising: an external body (3); a fixing hook (5) for fitting and fixing a first coupling pin (P1) of a work tool; a movable hook (7) for biting and fixing a second coupling pin (P2) of the work tool when rotated to a fixed position, and uniting and releasing the second coupling pin (P2) when rotated to a release position; an operating cylinder (9) for operating the movable hook (7) to fix or release the second coupling pin (P2); and a safety lock mass (11) for blocking or allowing rotation of the movable hook (7) at the fixed position at which the second coupling pin (P2) is fixed. Therefore, when a coupling pin of the work tool such as a cutter or a bucket is engaged with the quick coupler on a boom, even when the movable hook fixed to the coupling pin loses fixing power to the coupling pin due to a failure in the operating cylinder, the movable hook can be kept at the fixed position by the safety lock mass to prevent an accident due to the work tool separated from the coupler, thereby greatly increasing work safety.
본 발명은 안전잠금식 퀵커플러(1)에 관한 것으로, 외부몸체(3); 작업기구의 제1 결합핀(P1)을 끼워 고정하는 고정훅(5); 고정위치로 회동한 때 상기 작업기구의 제2 결합핀(P2)을 물어 고정하고, 고정 해제위치로 회동한 때 상기 제2 결합핀(P2)을 풀어 고정 해제하는 가동훅(7); 상기 제2 결합핀(P2)을 고정하거나 고정 해제하도록 상기 가동훅(7)을 작동시키는 작동실린더(9); 및 상기 제2 결합핀(P2)을 고정하는 고정위치에서 상기 가동훅(7)의 회동을 저지하거나 허용하는 안전잠금뭉치(11)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 따라서 커터나 버킷과 같은 작업기구를 붐에 작업기구의 결합핀을 퀵커플러에 물린 때, 결합핀에 고정되는 가동훅이 작동실린더 등의 고장으로 인해 결합핀에 대한 고정력을 상실하더라도, 안전잠금뭉치에 의해 가동훅을 고정위치에 유지할 수 있으므로, 커플러에서 분리되는 작업기구로 인한 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있고, 따라서 작업 안전성을 크게 높일 수 있게 된다.
