PROTECTIVE COATING MATERIAL OF CARBON CRUCIBLES FOR RECYCLING TUNGSTEN CARBIDE
The present invention relates to a damage preventing composition of a graphite crucible for recycling waste cemented carbide. According to the present invention, the composition has a graphite raw material obtained by mixing crystalline graphite with spherical graphite as a main raw material composition. The composition is obtained by the steps of: preparing a mixture composition by adding, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the main raw material composition, 0.2-0.5 parts by weight of boron carbide (B4C) or calcium boride (CaB6), which are antioxidants; and adding, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the mixture composition, 105-135 parts by weight of a liquid binder obtained by mixing a furan resin with ethyl alcohol. When the crystalline graphite is mixed with the spherical graphite, a mixing ratio thereof is the crystalline graphite : the spherical graphite=1 : 1.2-3, and when the furan resin is mixed with the ethyl alcohol, a mixing ration thereof is the furan resin : the ethyl alcohol=1 : 0.25-0.67.
