Disclosed is a home appliance having a door which can be opened bidirectionally. The home appliance includes: a body having an internal space therein; a door installed on the right or left side of the body to be rotatable to open or close the internal space; a first door opening and closing system provided on the right side of the door and the body to be involved in the opening of the right side of the door; a second door opening and closing system provided on the left side of the door and the body to be involved in the opening of the left side of the door; and a locking member placed to be slid laterally between the first door opening and closing system and the second door opening and closing system so as to prevent the opening of left side of the door during the operation of the first door opening and closing system and prevent the opening of the right side of the door during the operation of the second door opening and closing system.
양방향에서 개폐 가능한 도어를 가지는 가전제품을 개시한다. 가전제품은, 내부공간을 가지는 본체, 상기 내부공간을 개폐하도록 상기 본체의 우측 또는 좌측에 회동 가능하게 설치되는 도어, 상기 도어의 우측 개방에 관여하도록 상기 본체 및 상기 도어의 우측에 마련되는 제 1도어 개폐 시스템, 상기 도어의 좌측 개방에 관여하도록 상기 본체 및 상기 도어의 좌측에 마련되는 제 2도어 개폐 시스템 및 상기 제 1도어 개폐 시스템의 작동 시 상기 도어의 좌측 개방을 방지하고, 상기 제 2도어 개폐 시스템의 작동 시 상기 도어의 우측 개방을 방지하도록 상기 제 1도어 개폐 시스템 및 상기 제 2도어 개폐 시스템 사이에 좌우방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 배치되는 락킹 부재를 포함할 수 있다.

Disclosed is a home appliance having a door which can be opened bidirectionally. The home appliance includes: a body having an internal space therein; a door installed on the right or left side of the body to be rotatable to open or close the internal space; a first door opening and closing system provided on the right side of the door and the body to be involved in the opening of the right side of the door; a second door opening and closing system provided on the left side of the door and the body to be involved in the opening of the left side of the door; and a locking member placed to be slid laterally between the first door opening and closing system and the second door opening and closing system so as to prevent the opening of left side of the door during the operation of the first door opening and closing system and prevent the opening of the right side of the door during the operation of the second door opening and closing system.
