ALL WEATHER ROOF SYSTEM FOR CONSTRUCTION
The present invention relates to an all-weather roof system with a separated gang form to open and close the uppermost layer of a structure being constructed by a cover. More specifically, an objective of the present invention is to prevent a construction delay by a weather situation at a construction site to shorten a construction period and reduce costs, and separately perform installation work of a gang form and a roof unit to reduce interference by strong wind to prevent an accident. The all-weather roof system with a separated gang form comprises: a rail body having a rail part formed in a longitudinal direction; a plurality of moving bodies including a cart slid and coupled to the rail part to be moved forwards and backwards, and a truss coupled to the upper surface of the cart; an openable roof unit including a cover connected to each truss of the moving bodies to be spread; and a support which is coupled to both gang forms forming the uppermost layer of a structure to be erected in a vertically upward direction, and allows the rail body to be detachably coupled to the upper end thereof. The support includes a pair of mounting bars being coupled to protrude upwards from both surfaces of the support, and forming a V-shaped detaching part to press the rail body thereinto. The roof unit is separated from the support. Then the support is lifted with the gang forms to the uppermost layer. Then the roof unit is remounted on the support to be used.
본 발명은 시공 중인 구조물의 최상층을 덮개로 개폐 가능하게 하는 갱폼 분리형 전천후 루프 시스템에 있어서, 보다 상세하게는 건축 현장에서 날씨 상황에 따른 공사 지연을 방지하여 공기의 단축 및 원가 절감이 가능하게 하고, 갱폼과 지붕 유닛의 설치 작업을 각각 따로 실시하여 강풍에 의한 간섭을 줄임으로써 안전사고의 발생을 방지할 수 있도록, 길이방향으로 형성된 레일부를 구비한 레일체, 상기 레일부에 슬라이딩 결합되어 전후진 가능한 대차와, 상기 대차의 상면에 결합된 트러스를 구비한 복수개의 이동체, 이동체들의 각 트러스에 펼침 가능하게 연결된 덮개를 포함한 개폐형 지붕 유닛; 및 구조물의 최상층을 형성하는 양측 갱폼에 상측 수직방향으로 입설되도록 결합되고, 상단부에 상기 레일체가 탈부착 가능하게 결합되는 지지대;를 포함하되, 상기 지지대는 지지대의 양면에서 상측으로 돌출되게 결합되고, 상기 레일체가 억지 끼움되도록 'V'자 형 탈착부를 형성하는 한 쌍의 장착바를 포함하여, 상기 지붕 유닛을 상기 지지대에서 분리한 후 지지대를 갱폼과 함께 최상층으로 올린 다음 지지대에 상기 지붕 유닛을 재장착하여 사용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to an all-weather roof system with a separated gang form to open and close the uppermost layer of a structure being constructed by a cover. More specifically, an objective of the present invention is to prevent a construction delay by a weather situation at a construction site to shorten a construction period and reduce costs, and separately perform installation work of a gang form and a roof unit to reduce interference by strong wind to prevent an accident.
