Manhole cover opening and closing structure using elastic ring
The present invention relates to a manhole cover opening and closing structure using an elastic ring, which comprises: a latching projection (110) which horizontally protrudes towards the center from the upper portion of the inner circumferential surface of a manhole frame (100); an elastic ring (210) which is formed to have a smaller diameter than the diameter of a manhole cover (200) and is provided on the lower surface of the manhole cover (200) to be bent without being dislocated from the manhole cover (200); an opening and closing hole (220) which is vertically penetrated at the manhole cover (200), and is formed between the outside of the elastic ring (210) and the outer circumference of the manhole cover (200); a guide (230) which is provided on the lower surface of the manhole cover (200) along an extension line connecting the center of the manhole cover (200) to the opening and closing hole (220); and a slider (240) which is formed by a predetermined length such that a latch (242) engaged with the latching projection (110) may be formed at the distal end of one side and that the distal end of the other side thereof may be elastically supported with the elastic ring (210), and in which a locking releasing hole (246) is formed at a location corresponding to the opening and closing hole (220) in order to be supported with the lower surface of the manhole cover (200) and moved in frontward and backward directions by the guide (230). Therefore, the manhole cover opening and closing structure using an elastic ring provides a simple structure to easily open and close a manhole cover by a single operation.
본 발명은 탄성링을 이용한 맨홀덮개 개폐 구조에 관한 것으로, 맨홀틀(100)의 내주면 상부에 중심을 향해서 수평방향으로 돌출형성된 걸림턱(110); 상기 맨홀덮개(200)의 직경보다 작은 직경으로 형성되어 맨홀덮개(200) 저면에 맨홀덮개(200)로부터 이탈하지 않으면서 휘어질 수 있도록 구비되는 탄성링(210); 맨홀덮개(200)에 상하 관통형성하되 탄성링(210) 외측과 맨홀덮개(200) 외주 사이에 형성되는 개폐공(220); 상기 맨홀덮개(200) 중심에서 개폐공(220)을 연결하는 연장선을 따라 맨홀덮개(200)의 저면에 구비된 가이드(230); 일측 종단에는 상기 걸림턱(110)과 맞물리는 걸쇠(242)가 형성되고 타측 종단은 탄성링(210)에 탄성지지되도록 소정 길이로 형성되며 상기 개폐공(220)과 대응되는 위치에 잠금해제공(246)이 형성되어 상기 가이드(230)에 의하여 맨홀덮개(200) 저면에 지지되고 전후이동되는 슬라이더(240);를 포함하여 구성되어 구조가 간단하고 한번에 용이하게 맨홀덮개를 개폐할 수 있도록 한 탄성링을 이용한 맨홀덮개 개폐 구조에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a manhole cover opening and closing structure using an elastic ring, which comprises: a latching projection (110) which horizontally protrudes towards the center from the upper portion of the inner circumferential surface of a manhole frame (100); an elastic ring (210) which is formed to have a smaller diameter than the diameter of a manhole cover (200) and is provided on the lower surface of the manhole cover (200) to be bent without being dislocated from the manhole cover (200); an opening and closing hole (220) which is vertically penetrated at the manhole cover (200), and is formed between the outside of the elastic ring (210) and the outer circumference of the manhole cover (200); a guide (230) which is provided on the lower surface of the manhole cover (200) along an extension line connecting the center of the manhole cover (200) to the opening and closing hole (220); and a slider (240) which is formed by a predetermined length such that a latch (242) engaged with the latching projection (110) may be formed at the distal end of one side and that the distal end of the other side thereof may be elastically supported with the elastic ring (210), and in which a locking releasing hole (246) is formed at a location corresponding to the opening and closing hole (220) in order to be supported with the lower surface of the manhole cover (200) and moved in frontward and backward directions by the guide (230). Therefore, the manhole cover opening and closing structure using an elastic ring provides a simple structure to easily open and close a manhole cover by a single operation.
