The present invention relates to a concrete damage or crack repair and reinforcement method capable of efficiently and excellently repairing and reinforcing damage and/or cracks of a reinforced concrete structure. Through a surface treatment and filling process including a surface treatment step and a repair/reinforcement and restoration step, a specific composition layer at room temperature reacts quickly with the concrete structure and hardens, thereby enhancing water resistance and bonding strength with cement. When drying a corresponding specific elastic repair coating layer formed through an elastic repair coating construction step, the shrinkage rate can be significantly reduced. A uniform coating film can be formed while increasing the weather resistance, waterproofness, and elongation of a corresponding specific finishing coating layer formed through a finishing coating process.

본 발명은 철근 콘크리트 구조물의 파손 및/또는 균열 등을 효율적이고 우수하게 보수보강복구할 수 있는 콘크리트 파손 또는 균열 보수보강 방법에 관한 것으로, 표면처리 단계 및 보수보강 및 복구 단계를 포함하는 표면 처리 및 충진 과정을 통해 상온에서 해당하는 특정 조성물층이 콘크리트 구조물과 신속히 반응하여 경화되면서 내수성 및 시멘트와의 결합력을 높일 수 있고, 탄성 보수 도막 시공 단계를 통해 형성된 해당하는 특정 탄성보수도막층의 건조 시 수출률을 현저히 감소시킬 수 있으며, 마감 도막 과정을 통해 형성된 해당 특정 마감도막층의 내후성, 방수성, 및 신장률을 증가시키면서 균일한 도막을 형성할 수 있도록 한다.
