Furnace Corner Platform System for the Boiler Furnace Inside Maintenance

The present invention relates to a construction method, which installs a worktable of a corner part for welding work and inspection of the corner part in a combustion chamber of a boiler of a power plant in the corner part in the combustion chamber of the boiler by lifting the worktable of the corner part by using a winch after integrally assembling the same on the ground, thereby minimizing time, manpower and costs required in installation of a work scaffold, removing danger in the high place work for installing the work scaffold to secure safety, and easily dismantling the worktable of the corner part in a reverse order when the worktable for the corner part is dismantled.

본 발명은 발전소 보일러 연소실 내부 코너부의 용접작업 및 점검을 위한 코너부 작업대를 지상에서 일체형으로 조립한 후, 상기 코너부 작업대를 윈치를 이용하여 인양시켜 보일러 연소실의 내부 코너부에 설치하는 것으로서, 작업발판 설치에 소요되는 시간과 인력, 비용을 최소화 할 수 있고, 작업발판 설치를 위한 고소작업의 위험성을 없애고 안전성 확보, 코너부 작업대의 해체 시에도 설치의 역순으로 쉽게 해체할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.
