RESTRAIN APPARATUS AND CONSTRUCTING METHOD USING THE SAME
According to the present invention, a restrain apparatus is disclosed. The restrain apparatus includes: a pipe-shaped member comprising a tapered part placed on an acupressure plate to surround an anchor head of a ground anchor and having an inner diameter tapered towards a contact end, a female screw part formed on an inner wall of a fastening end opposite to the contact end, and engagement protrusion parts formed on an inner wall of the contact end at regular intervals in a circumferential direction; a tension bar screwed with a fastening hole provided in the center of an upper part of the pipe-shaped member, and receiving a tension force from a tension jack installed on a support cylinder placed to be lifted upon the acupressure plate while the pipe-shaped member in order to move the pipe-shaped member; and a nut member screwed with the rear end of the tension bar and delivering the tension force applied from the tension jack to the tension bar. Protruding parts protruding from a circumference surface of the anchor head are formed at regular intervals on the circumference of the anchor head, and the pipe-shaped member is rotated at a set angle after being placed to surround the anchor head, and thus, the protruding parts are engaged with the bottom of the engagement protrusion parts to be coupled. Therefore, the restrain apparatus is capable of reducing working time and enabling restrain construction.
본 발명은 그라운드 앵커의 앵커헤드를 둘러싸도록 지압판 위에 배치되고 접촉단으로 가면서 점차 내경이 좁아지게 테이퍼부가 형성되어 있고 상기 접촉단에 반대되는 체결단의 내벽에 암나사부가 형성되어 있고, 접촉단의 내벽에는 둘레 방향을 따라 정해진 간격으로 걸림돌기부가 형성되어 있는 관형 부재; 상기 관형 부재의 상부 중심에 마련된 체결공에 나사결합되고, 상기 관형 부재를 둘러싸면서 상기 지압판 위에 올려지도록 배치되는 받침통 위에 설치되는 인장잭으로부터 인장력을 제공받아 상기 관형 부재를 이동시키는 텐션바; 및 상기 텐션바의 후단을 통해 나사결합되고 상기 인장잭으로부터 가해지는 인장력을 상기 텐션바에 전달하는 너트부재;를 포함하고, 상기 앵커헤드의 둘레에는 정해진 간격으로 상기 앵커헤드의 둘레면으로부터 돌출된 돌출부가 형성되어 있고, 상기 관형 부재가 상기 앵커헤드를 둘러싸도록 배치된 후 정해진 각도로 회전함에 따라 상기 돌출부가 상기 걸림돌기부의 하단에 걸려서 커플링이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 재긴장 장치를 개시한다.

According to the present invention, a restrain apparatus is disclosed.
