TETRAPOD MANUFACTURING METHOD AND TETRAPOD MANUFACTURED BY THIS METHOD
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a tetrapod to easily separate the tetrapod from a mold apparatus and a tetrapod manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps of: (a) cutting a fiber material by a length of 1-5 cm; (b) inputting and mixing, in a container member, 5-10 parts by weight of fiber member, 10-20 parts by weight of cement powder, 20-30 parts by weight of fine aggregate, 40-50 parts by weight of coarse aggregate, 0.5-20 parts by weight of an admixture, and 20-40 parts by weight of water; (c) pouring and curing concrete mortar provided from the mixing step in a mold apparatus wherein a plurality of molds are assembled to form a molding space; and (d) separating the plurality of molds and separating a concrete block from the molding apparatus.
본 발명은, (a) 섬유부재를 1~5cm 길이로 절단하는 단계; (b) 상기 섬유부재 5~10중량부, 시멘트분말 10~20중량부, 잔골재 20~30중량부, 굵은골재 40~50중량부, 혼화제 0.5~20중량부 및 물 20~40중량부를 용기부재에 수납하여 혼합하는 단계; (c) 복수 개의 금형이 조립되어 성형공간을 이루는 금형장치에 상기 혼합단계에서 제공되는 콘크리트 모르타르를 주입하여 경화시키는 단계; (d) 복수 개의 상기 금형을 분리시키고, 상기 금형장치로부터 콘크리트 블록을 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a tetrapod to easily separate the tetrapod from a mold apparatus and a tetrapod manufactured thereby.
