The present invention relates to an anti-freezing hydrant. According to the present invention, the anti-freezing hydrant is formed by a structure in which a water pipe formed with a handle at the top and a toothed male thread part at the bottom penetrates a discharge housing and a watertight maintaining pipe, and the toothed male thread part of the water pipe is screwed to the toothed female thread part of a valve housing formed with a drain valve at the top, a toothed female thread part on an inner circumferential surface, and a water supply valve at the bottom. Therefore, water supply packing is opened and closed by a structure in which a large packing fixed to the top of the toothed male thread part of the water pipe and a water supply packing of the bottom vertically act in accordance with the direction of the handle. At the same time, a drain water packing jaw on an inner circumference of the drain valve is opened and closed to discharge the residue to a drain channel formed in a circular form. In addition, the watertight maintaining pipe is formed at the bottom of the discharge housing to maintain watertightness between the bottom of an inner circumferential surface of the discharge housing and the water pipe, and the handle is smoothly used. Also, a push rod and the water pipe are integrally combined to form a faucet on the anti-freezing hydrant.
