The present invention, in constructing a system which allows convenient access to rooms of accommodation facilities using a smartphone that receives an authentication code from a reservation management server, provides a room management system having a structure which can significantly reduce time and costs required for work by minimizing facility replacement and reinstallation for rooms of the existing accommodation facilities. According to the present invention, the room management system comprises: an application installed on a smartphone, connecting online to the reservation management server which is in charge of reservation and payment for accommodation rooms, performing room reservations and payments, and being capable of receiving an authentication code from the reservation management server after the reservation and payment; and a door lock which opens a room door by receiving the authentication code from the application by tagging the smartphone. The door lock opens the room door when the authentication code delivered by tagging of the smartphone matches one of a plurality of authentication codes stored in an authentication code storage unit.
본 발명은 예약관리서버로부터 인증코드를 수신하는 스마트폰을 이용하여 숙박시설의 객실출입이 편리하게 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 시스템을 구축함에 있어서, 기존 숙박시설의 객실에 대한 시설교체 및 재설치가 최소화됨으로써 작업에 소요되는 시간 및 비용을 현저히 줄일 수 있는 구조의 객실관리시스템을 제공한다. 본 발명은, 스마트폰에 설치되는 것으로서, 숙박시설 객실의 예약 및 결재를 담당하는 예약관리서버에 온라인으로 접속하여 객실의 예약 및 결재를 수행하고, 예약 및 결재 후 예약관리서버로부터 인증코드의 수신이 가능한 어플리케이션과, 상기 스마트폰의 태킹에 의해 어플리케이션으로부터 인증코드를 전달받아 객실도어를 개방하는 도어락을 포함하되, 도어락은 스마트폰의 태깅에 의해 전달받은 인증코드가 인증코드저장부에 저장된 복수의 인증코드 중 하나와 일치하는 경우에 객실도어를 개방한다.
