APPARATUS FOR CONNECTING PIPES AND SCAFFOLD HAVING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a scaffolding pipe connection device and a scaffolding structure including the same. The present invention comprises: vertical scaffolding pipes horizontally arranged at regular intervals; a first connection device coupled to each of the vertical scaffolding pipes; and horizontal scaffolding pipes connecting adjacent two vertical scaffolding pipes to each other, wherein one ends of the horizontal scaffolding pipes are connected to one vertical scaffolding pipe and the other ends of the horizontal scaffolding pipes are connected to the first connection device of the other vertical scaffolding pipe. The vertical scaffolding pipe comprises: a plurality of unit scaffolding pipes connected in a lengthwise direction; and a second connection device connecting two adjacent unit scaffolding pipes to each other. The first connection device comprises: a connection flange including a coupling hole penetrating the same and a plurality of connection portions, in which the horizontal scaffolding pipe is connected to a circumference of the coupling hole, and coupled to the vertical scaffolding pipe so that the vertical scaffolding pipe penetrates the coupling hole; and a fixing means fixing the vertical scaffolding pipe and the connection flange. According to the present invention, the weight is light and the connection of parts is firm, and in installing or dismantling parts, loss of the pars is minimized.
본 발명은 비계파이프 연결장치 및 그것을 구비한 비계구조물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 수평 방향으로 간격을 두고 배치되는 수직 비계파이프들; 상기 수직 비계파이프들에 각각 결합되는 제1 연결장치; 서로 인접하는 두 개의 상기 수직 비계파이프들을 연결하되, 한쪽 단부는 한 개의 수직 비계파이프의 제1 연결장치에 연결되고 다른 한쪽 단부는 다른 한 개의 수직 비계파이프의 제1 연결장치에 연결되는 수평 비계파이프들;을 포함하며, 상기 수직 비계파이프는 길이 방향으로 연결되는 복수 개의 단위 비계파이프들과, 서로 인접하는 두 개의 상기 단위 비계파이프들을 연결하는 제2 연결장치를 포함하며, 상기 제1 연결장치는, 내부에 관통된 결합구멍이 구비되고, 상기 결합구멍의 둘레로 상기 수평 비계파이프가 연결되는 연결부가 복수 개 구비되고, 상기 수직 비계파이프가 상기 결합구멍에 관통되도록 상기 수직 비계파이프와 결합되는 연결플랜지; 상기 수직 비계파이프와 연결플랜지를 고정시키는 고정수단;을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 무게가 가볍고 부품간의 연결이 견고하며, 부품들을 설치하거나 해체 시 부품들의 분실을 최소화한다.

The present invention relates to a scaffolding pipe connection device and a scaffolding structure including the same. The present invention comprises: vertical scaffolding pipes horizontally arranged at regular intervals; a first connection device coupled to each of the vertical scaffolding pipes; and horizontal scaffolding pipes connecting adjacent two vertical scaffolding pipes to each other, wherein one ends of the horizontal scaffolding pipes are connected to one vertical scaffolding pipe and the other ends of the horizontal scaffolding pipes are connected to the first connection device of the other vertical scaffolding pipe. The vertical scaffolding pipe comprises: a plurality of unit scaffolding pipes connected in a lengthwise direction; and a second connection device connecting two adjacent unit scaffolding pipes to each other. The first connection device comprises: a connection flange including a coupling hole penetrating the same and a plurality of connection portions, in which the horizontal scaffolding pipe is connected to a circumference of the coupling hole, and coupled to the vertical scaffolding pipe so that the vertical scaffolding pipe penetrates the coupling hole; and a fixing means fixing the vertical scaffolding pipe and the connection flange. According to the present invention, the weight is light and the connection of parts is firm, and in installing or dismantling parts, loss of the pars is minimized.
본 발명은 비계파이프 연결장치 및 그것을 구비한 비계구조물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 수평 방향으로 간격을 두고 배치되는 수직 비계파이프들; 상기 수직 비계파이프들에 각각 결합되는 제1 연결장치; 서로 인접하는 두 개의 상기 수직 비계파이프들을 연결하되, 한쪽 단부는 한 개의 수직 비계파이프의 제1 연결장치에 연결되고 다른 한쪽 단부는 다른 한 개의 수직 비계파이프의 제1 연결장치에 연결되는 수평 비계파이프들;을 포함하며, 상기 수직 비계파이프는 길이 방향으로 연결되는 복수 개의 단위 비계파이프들과, 서로 인접하는 두 개의 상기 단위 비계파이프들을 연결하는 제2 연결장치를 포함하며, 상기 제1 연결장치는, 내부에 관통된 결합구멍이 구비되고, 상기 결합구멍의 둘레로 상기 수평 비계파이프가 연결되는 연결부가 복수 개 구비되고, 상기 수직 비계파이프가 상기 결합구멍에 관통되도록 상기 수직 비계파이프와 결합되는 연결플랜지; 상기 수직 비계파이프와 연결플랜지를 고정시키는 고정수단;을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 무게가 가볍고 부품간의 연결이 견고하며, 부품들을 설치하거나 해체 시 부품들의 분실을 최소화한다.
