/ Bidet nozzle sterilization/cleaning apparatus and method
The present invention relates to a bidet nozzle sterilization/cleaning apparatus and a method thereof, in which a first sterilization/cleaning is performed with high-temperature and high-pressure steam and a second cleaning is performed with hot water to keep a bidet nozzle clean at all times. The apparatus comprises: a control unit to input a bidet nozzle sterilization/cleaning function; a sterilization and cleaning control unit which controls water supply when the nozzle sterilization/cleaning function is input by the control unit, controls a heating element to generate steam and hot water by driving the heating element, and controls a sterilization and cleaning process with the generated steam and hot water; a water supply valve driving unit which supplies water for sterilization and cleaning under the control of the sterilization and cleaning control unit; a heating element driving unit which drives the heating element generating the steam and hot water by heating washing water introduced through the water supply valve driving unit under the control of the sterilization and cleaning control unit; and a nozzle motor driving unit which sterilizes and cleans the nozzle by driving the nozzle, through which the generated steam and hot water flows, under the control of the sterilization and cleaning control unit.
고온고압의 스팀으로 1차 살균/세척을 진행하고, 온수로 2차 세척을 진행하여 비데 노즐을 항상 청결한 상태로 유지할 수 있도록 한 비데의 노즐 살균/세척장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 비데의 노즐 살균/세척 기능을 입력하기 위한 조작부, 조작부에 의해 노즐 살균/세척 기능이 입력되면 급수를 제어하고, 발열체를 구동시켜 상기 발열체로 스팀 및 온수를 생성하도록 제어하고, 생성한 스팀 및 온수로 살균 및 세척 진행을 제어하는 살균 세척 제어부, 살균 세척 제어부의 제어에 따라 살균 및 세척을 위한 급수를 수행하는 급수밸브 구동부, 살균 세척 제어부의 제어에 따라 상기 급수밸브 구동부를 통해 유입된 세정수를 가열하여 스팀 및 온수를 생성하는 발열체를 구동하는 발열체 구동부 및 살균 세척 제어부의 제어에 따라 상기 생성된 스팀 및 온수가 흐르는 노즐을 구동시켜 노즐을 살균 및 세척하는 노즐모터 구동부를 포함하여, 비데의 노즐 살균/세척장치를 구현한다.
