SEPARATION PREVENTING PAD FOR NOISELESS AND VIBRATION OF MANHOLE COVER

The present invention relates to a separation prevention pad without noise and vibration of a manhole cover, which prevents damage to a rubber ring for maintaining airtightness of a manhole cover to stably install the manhole cover on a manhole cover support unit and prevent damage to the manhole cover by an external force by stably supporting the manhole cover. The separation prevention pad without noise and vibration of a manhole cover comprises: a manhole cover; a manhole cover support unit fixed in the ground to cover the manhole cover and provided with a protrusion being formed along the inner circumferential surface thereof and allowing the manhole cover to be placed thereon; water expansion rubber placed and fixed on the protrusion of the manhole cover support unit, and expanded when water is absorbed to block the space of the manhole cover support unit and the manhole cover; and a slip prevention ring installed on an upper portion of the water expansion rubber to come in contact with the manhole cover to prevent rotation and slip of the manhole cover.

본 발명은 맨홀 뚜껑의 기밀을 유지하는 고무링의 파손을 방지함으로써 맨홀 뚜껑 지지부에 맨홀 뚜껑을 보다 안정되게 설치함과 아울러 맨홀 뚜껑의 안정적인 지지를 통해 외력에 의한 맨홀 뚜껑의 파손을 방지할 수 있는 맨홀 뚜껑의 무 소음 및 진동 이탈 방지패드에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 맨홀 뚜껑의 무 소음 및 진동 이탈 방지패드는 맨홀 뚜껑, 상기 맨홀 뚜껑이 덮여지도록 지중에 고정됨과 아울러 상기 맨홀 뚜껑이 올려지는 단턱이 내주면을 따라 형성된 맨홀 뚜껑 지지부, 상기 맨홀 뚜껑 지지부의 상기 단턱에 올려져 고정되면서 수분이 흡수되면 팽창되어 상기 맨홀 뚜껑과 상기 맨홀 뚜껑 지지부의 공간을 막아주는 수 팽창 고무, 및 상기 수 팽창 고무의 상부에 설치되어 상기 맨홀 뚜껑과 접촉됨으로써 상기 맨홀 뚜껑의 회전 및 미끄러짐을 방지하는 미끄럼방지 링을 포함한다.
