A ventilating and heat-radiating assembly for a roof includes hollow bricks (1), first curved plates (2) and second curved plates (3). Each of the first curved plates (2) is hung on a gap between two pairs of the hollow bricks (1) spaced apart from each other along first and second directions (V, T) that cross each other. Each of the second curved plates (3) is hung on a gap formed between two of the hollow bricks (1) spaced apart in the first direction (V) and a gap formed between two of the first curved plates (2) spaced apart in the second direction (T).
