The present invention relates to an angle-motion awning having an advertising function, which can maximize an interior decoration effect as well as an advertising effect. The angle-motion awning having an advertising function comprises: a main frame arranged on a wall; a winding bracket arranged on one side of the main frame; a winding roll of which both sides are rotatably coupled to the winding bracket; a folding arm separated in the longitudinal direction of the mainframe and having one end rotatably connected to the main frame; a center bar arranged on an upper portion of a rotary pin of a hinge unit arranged at the center of the folding arm to be extended in the extension direction of the main frame; a front bar arranged side by side with the center bar and rotatably coupled to the front end of the folding arm; and a shading screen wound on the winding roll and coupled to the front bar across an upper portion of the center bar. An imaging means is further provided on the main frame. The imaging means includes a bracket body of which the upper end is coupled to the main frame, and a device loading member which is arranged on the bracket body and allows an imaging device to be loaded thereon. An image is projected to the shading screen from the imaging device loaded on the device loading member, and the projected image is displayed on the shading screen.
