According to the present invention, provided is a mold fixing apparatus having a separation prevention structure of a fixing pin. The mold fixing apparatus includes: a body (110) formed to come in contact with the outer surface of a mold (A) and including through holes provided on both sides in forward and backward directions; a fixing pin (120) penetrating the through holes (111) and including a combination hole (122) which is formed on a front side to be fixed to the outer surface of the mold (A) through a wedge pin (B) and an engagement part (121) which is provided on a rear side to come in contact with the outer surface of the body (110); a separation prevention part (130) formed to be projected by an external strike from one side of the middle of the fixing pin (120) to come in contact with the inner surface of the body (110) such that separation can be prevented; and a strike inducement hole (140) formed on both sides of the body (110) to project the separation prevention part (130) by striking the same through a striking means (C). The present invention has an effect of increasing working efficiency by preventing a fixing pin from being separated and lost. In particular, the present invention has an effect of preventing a fixing pin from loosening in a state in which a mold is fixed. Moreover, the present invention has an effect of preventing a mold from being damaged and deformed by a strike with a hammer or the like when the mold is fixed or dismantled. Besides, the present invention has an effect of tightly fixing a mold horizontally or vertically.
본 발명은 거푸집(A)의 외측면에 맞닿도록 형성하되 양측에 전후방향으로 통공(111)을 구비하는 몸체(110); 상기 통공(111)을 관통하되 전방에 거푸집(A)의 외측면에 웨지핀(B)을 이용하여 고정하기 위한 결합공(122)을 형성하고 후방에 상기 몸체(110)의 외측면에 맞닿도록 걸림부(121)를 구비하는 고정핀(120); 상기 고정핀(120)의 중간 일측에 외부의 타격으로 돌출하여 상기 몸체(110)의 내측면에 맞닿아 이탈을 방지할 수 있도록 형성하는 이탈방지부(130); 상기 몸체(110)의 양측에 타격수단(C)을 이용하여 상기 이탈방지부(130)를 타격하여 돌출시킬 수 있도록 형성하는 타격 유도공(140);을 포함하는 고정핀의 이탈방지구조를 갖는 거푸집 고정장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 고정핀의 이탈 및 분실을 방지하여 작업효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과를 갖는다. 특히 본 발명은 거푸집을 고정한 상태에서 고정핀의 풀림을 방지할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다. 또한, 본 발명은 거푸집을 고정 또는 해체하는 과정에서 망치 등으로 타격할 경우 발생하는 손상 및 변형을 방지할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다. 아울러 본 발명은 수평 또는 수직으로 거푸집을 견고하게 고정할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.

According to the present invention, provided is a mold fixing apparatus having a separation prevention structure of a fixing pin. The mold fixing apparatus includes: a body (110) formed to come in contact with the outer surface of a mold (A) and including through holes provided on both sides in forward and backward directions; a fixing pin (120) penetrating the through holes (111) and including a combination hole (122) which is formed on a front side to be fixed to the outer surface of the mold (A) through a wedge pin (B) and an engagement part (121) which is provided on a rear side to come in contact with the outer surface of the body (110); a separation prevention part (130) formed to be projected by an external strike from one side of the middle of the fixing pin (120) to come in contact with the inner surface of the body (110) such that separation can be prevented; and a strike inducement hole (140) formed on both sides of the body (110) to project the separation prevention part (130) by striking the same through a striking means (C). The present invention has an effect of increasing working efficiency by preventing a fixing pin from being separated and lost. 본 발명은 거푸집(A)의 외측면에 맞닿도록 형성하되 양측에 전후방향으로 통공(111)을 구비하는 몸체(110); 상기 통공(111)을 관통하되 전방에 거푸집(A)의 외측면에 웨지핀(B)을 이용하여 고정하기 위한 결합공(122)을 형성하고 후방에 상기 몸체(110)의 외측면에 맞닿도록 걸림부(121)를 구비하는 고정핀(120); 상기 고정핀(120)의 중간 일측에 외부의 타격으로 돌출하여 상기 몸체(110)의 내측면에 맞닿아 이탈을 방지할 수 있도록 형성하는 이탈방지부(130); 상기 몸체(110)의 양측에 타격수단(C)을 이용하여 상기 이탈방지부(130)를 타격하여 돌출시킬 수 있도록 형성하는 타격 유도공(140);을 포함하는 고정핀의 이탈방지구조를 갖는 거푸집 고정장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 고정핀의 이탈 및 분실을 방지하여 작업효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과를 갖는다. 특히 본 발명은 거푸집을 고정한 상태에서 고정핀의 풀림을 방지할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다. 또한, 본 발명은 거푸집을 고정 또는 해체하는 과정에서 망치 등으로 타격할 경우 발생하는 손상 및 변형을 방지할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다. 아울러 본 발명은 수평 또는 수직으로 거푸집을 견고하게 고정할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.
