CAGE ELEVATOR
The present invention relates to a cage lifting device, which can stably lift and move a cast formed with a lower layer part to an upper layer part when a high-rise concrete building is formed. To this end, the cage lifting device comprises: a support shoe unit installed to be separated in a height direction in a structure, and having a rail fixing hole and a cage fixing hole formed to pass therethrough; a lifting rail unit supported by the support shoe unit to be lifted and moved, and having a rail coupling hole communicating with the rail fixing hole to be formed to pass therethrough; a cage unit detachably coupled to the support shoe unit, and having a cage coupling hole communicating with the cage fixing hole to be formed to pass therethrough; a lifting means provided in the cage unit for lifting and moving the lifting rail unit or the cage unit in a structure in accordance with a relative motion between the lifting rail unit and the cage unit; a rail fixing pin fitted into the rail fixing hole and the rail coupling hole to selectively fix the lifting rail unit to the support shoe unit; a cage fixing pin for selectively fixing the support shoe unit to the support shoe unit by being fitted into the cage fixing hole and the cage coupling hole; and a pin detachment unit provided on the support shoe unit, and constraining any one of the rail fixing pin and the cage fixing pin.
본 발명은 고층 콘크리트 건물을 형성함에 있어서, 하층부를 성형한 거푸집을 상층부로 안전하게 승강 이동시킬 수 있는 케이지 승강장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 케이지 승강장치는 구조물에 높이 방향으로 이격 설치되되 레일고정공과 케이지고정공이 관통 형성되는 지지슈유닛과, 지지슈유닛에 승강 이동 가능하게 지지되되 레일고정공과 연통되는 레일결합홀이 관통 형성되는 승강레일유닛과, 지지슈유닛과 탈부착 가능하게 결합되되 케이지고정공과 연통되는 케이지결합홀이 관통 형성되는 케이지유닛과, 케이지유닛에 구비되고 승강레일유닛과 케이지유닛 사이의 상대 운동에 따라 구조물에서 승강레일유닛 또는 케이지유닛을 승강 이동시키는 승강수단과, 레일고정공과 레일결합홀에 끼움 결합되어 지지슈유닛에 승강레일유닛을 선택적으로 고정시키는 레일고정핀과, 케이지고정공과 케이지결합홀에 끼움 결합되어 지지슈유닛에 케이지유닛을 선택적으로 고정시키는 케이지고정핀 및 지지슈유닛에 구비되고 레일고정핀과 케이지고정핀 중 어느 하나를 구속시키는 핀탈착유닛을 포함한다.
