A method for producing cellulose ether and a gypsum plaster are disclosed. The disclosed method for producing cellulose ether comprises: a step (S20) of preparing a NaCl solution by dissolving NaCl in a mixed solvent of water and alcohol; a step (S40) of dispersing and mixing first cellulose ether in the NaCl solution to prepare a cellulose ether paste; and a step (S60) of drying the cellulose ether paste to prepare second cellulose ether coated with NaCl.
셀룰로오스 에테르의 제조방법 및 석고 플라스터가 개시된다. 개시된 셀룰로오스 에테르의 제조방법은 NaCl을 물과 알코올의 혼합용매에 용해시켜 NaCl 용액을 제조하는 단계(S20), 상기 NaCl 용액에 제1 셀룰로오스 에테르를 분산 및 혼합하여 셀룰로오스 에테르 페이스트를 제조하는 단계(S40), 및 상기 셀룰로오스 에테르 페이스트를 건조시켜 NaCl이 도포된 제2 셀룰로오스 에테르를 제조하는 단계(S60)를 포함한다.
