Waterproofing Method and Its Waterproofing Structure of Concrete Structure using Polyurea
The present invention relates to a method for waterproofing an inner wall of a concrete structure made of concrete using polyurea, and a waterproof structure and, more specifically, to a method for waterproofing an inner wall of a concrete structure made of concrete using polyurea and a waterproof structure, wherein the surface of the inner wall of a water treatment facility, particularly, a concrete structure for drinking water, which is a concrete structure, made of concrete, for storing drinking water, is coated with ceramic-based primer and a putty type membrane waterproof stuff, non-woven fabric is attached and then the polyurea is applied, and the non-woven fabric is impregnated in the membrane waterproof stuff and the polyuria. Accordingly, a polyurea layer can have excellent adhesiveness with the surface of the inner wall of the concrete structure made of concrete to enhance waterproofness and durability. Additionally, the present invention can remove bubbles generated from a concrete base, which is the inner wall of the concrete structure, by applying the ceramic-based putty type membrane waterproof stuff, can impregnate and attach the lower part of the non-woven fabric in the ceramic-based putty type membrane waterproof stuff to easily attach the non-woven fabric to a curved portion of the inner wall of the concrete structure, and can impregnate the upper part of the non-woven fabric in the polyurea such that the polyurea has excellent adhesiveness with the inner wall of the concrete structure, enhances waterproofness and excellent durability simultaneously, and also is capable of preventing a surface lift phenomenon caused by cracks of the concrete base, occurrence of cracks and consequent corrosion.
본 발명은 폴리우레아를 이용한 콘크리트로 된 콘크리트 구조물 내벽의 방수공법 및 방수구조에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하세 설명하면, 정수시설, 특히, 식수용 콘크리트 구조물, 음용수를 저장하는 콘크리트로 이루어진 콘크리트 구조물 내벽 표면에 세라믹 계열의 프라이머와 퍼티형태의 도막방수재를 도포하고, 부직포를 부착한 뒤 폴리우레아를 도포하되, 상기 부직포가 도막방수재와 폴리우레아에 함침되도록 함으로써, 폴리우레아층이 콘크리트로 이루어진 콘크리트 구조물 내벽 표면과 우수한 접착성을 가지도록 하여, 향상된 방수성과 우수한 내구성을 갖는 폴리우레아를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 방수공법 및 방수구조에 관한기술분야가 개시된다. 또한, 본 발명은 세라믹 계열의 퍼티형태 도막방수재를 도포하여 콘크리트 구조물 내벽인 콘크리트 기재에서 발생하는 기포를 제거할 수 있는 효과와, 상기 세라믹 계열의 퍼티형태의 도막방수재에 부직포의 하부를 함침시키며 부착되므로, 콘크리트 구조물 내벽의 굴곡진 부분에 부직포의 부착이 용이한 효과 및 부직포의 상부를 폴리우레아에 함침시켜 상기 폴리우레아가 콘크리트 구조물 내벽과 우수한 접착성을 가짐과 동시에 향상된 방수성 및 우수한 내구성을 갖을 뿐만 아니라 콘크리트 기재의 균열에 의한 들뜸현상과 크랙발생 및 이에 따른 부식을 방지할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
