The present invention provides a sweeper for cleaning the surface of a road, which is mounted at the front side or the rear side of a vehicle like a loader, a skid loader, or a forklift and cleaning off foreign materials like waste or soil dust from the surface of the road using a brush, comprising: a bucket frame (100) mounted at the front side or the rear side of the vehicle to be liftable and lowerable and coupled to lower hinge brackets (110) at both sides thereon, respectively; a mounting frame (200) hinge-coupled to the upper part of the bucket frame (100) to rotate toward an open surface (101) of the bucket frame (100) and coupled to upper hinge brackets (210) at both sides of the upper surface, respectively; a brush (300) installed within the mounting frame (200) to cause rotational friction on the surface of the road; and a damper member (400) which is a damper connecting the lower hinge bracket (110) to the upper hinge bracket (210), and is provided with a solid shock absorbing block (410) generating a shock in a set compression limit and simultaneously absorbing a shock.

본 발명은 로더, 스키드 로더, 지게차와 같은 차량의 전방 또는 후방에 장착되고, 브러쉬를 이용하여 노면에 있는 쓰레기나 흙먼지 등의 이물질을 청소하는 노면 청소용 스위퍼로서, 차량의 전방 또는 후방에 승강 가능하게 장착되고, 내부 양측에 각각 하부힌지브라켓(110)이 결합되는 버킷 프레임(100); 버킷 프레임(100)의 개방면(101)을 향해 회동하도록 버킷 프레임(100)의 상부에 힌지결합되고, 상면 양측에 각각 상부힌지브라켓(210)이 결합되는 장착프레임(200); 노면과 회전마찰되도록 장착프레임(200)의 내부에 설치되는 브러쉬(300); 및 하부힌지브라켓(110)과 상부힌지브라켓(210)을 연결하는 댐퍼로서, 설정된 압축한계에서 충격을 발생시킴과 동시에 완충 작용을 하는 고체로 된 완충블록(410)을 구비하는 댐퍼부재(400);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
