PRE INSTALLED STEEL POLE BASE AND STEEL PIPE
The present invention relates to a steel pipe base using an existing electric pole and a steel pipe pole using the same. The steel pipe base using an existing electric pole includes: a lower end (10a) of an existing electric pole (10) which is formed by cutting a portion of the existing electric pole that is exposed to the upper portion of the surface of the earth, and has a central empty space (11) exposed by cutting the portion; an insertion steel pipe base (20) which is coupled to the empty space (11) of the lower end (10a) of the existing electric pole (10) in an insertion manner and serves as a base for connecting a steel pipe pole component (50); and a hardener for integrating the insertion steel pipe base (20) with the lower end (10a) of the existing electric pole (10) by filling the remainder of the empty space (11) of the lower end (10a) of the existing electric pole (10) after the insertion steel pipe base (20) is inserted into the empty space. The steel pipe base using an existing electric pole enables an old concrete electric pole to be replaced with the steel pipe pole in a current location by using a currently installed electric pole without installing a new electric pole, removing the old concrete electric pole, and excavating the ground.
본 발명은 기설전주 활용 강관기초대 및 이를 활용한 강관주에 관한 것으로, 기설전주(10)에서 지표면 상부로 노출되는 부분을 절단하여 중앙의 빈 공간(11)이 노출되게 한 기설전주 하단부(10a)와 상기 기설전주 하단부(10a)의 빈 공간(11)에 삽입식으로 결합되며 강관주 부품(50)을 연결하기 위한 기초대가 되는 삽입 강관기초대(20)와 상기 기설전주 하단부(10a)의 빈 공간(11)에서 상기 삽입 강관기초대(20)가 삽입된 나머지 공간에 채워져 상기 삽입 강관기초대(20)를 상기 기설전주 하단부(10a)에 일체화시키는 경화제를 포함한다. 본 발명은 노후된 콘크리트 전주를 교체함에 있어서 전주 신설, 철거 굴착없이 현재 설치된 전주를 활용하여 현 위치에 그대로 전주를 교체할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
