Welding Device of Pipe Support's Horizontal flange
Disclosed is an apparatus for welding a horizontal member of a pipe support. The apparatus for welding the horizontal member of the pipe support according to an embodiment of the present invention, which mounts horizontal members on both end portions of a pipe for a pipe support, comprises: bases installed on the ground; first and second holding units formed at the upper parts of the bases, making it possible holding both end portions of the pipe, and allowing the horizontal members to be coupled to both ends of the pipe; a rotation driving unit making the first and the second holding units rotate together or individually to rotate the pipe; and first and second welders mounted on the bases, formed at upper parts of the first and the second holding units, respectively, and welding connection portions between the pipe and the horizontal member held by the first and the second holding units. The present invention can weld the horizontal members (flanges) to both sides of the support pipe used in constructing a building automatically and concurrently, thereby enhancing welding quality as well as exceptionally simplifying and speeding up all processes in product manufacturing.
파이프 서포트의 수평재 용접장치가 개시된다. 실시예에 따른 파이프 서포트의 수평재 용접장치는, 파이프 써포트용 파이프의 양단부에 수평재를 장착하는 파이프 서포트의 수평재 용접장치에 있어서, 지면에 설치되는 기대; 기대의 상부에 형성되며, 상기 파이프의 양단부를 거치할 수 있고, 수평재가 파이프의 양단에 결합되도록 하는 제1,2거치부; 제1,2거치부를 동반 또는 각기 회전시켜 파이프를 회전시키는 회전구동부; 기대에 장착되며, 상기 제1,2거치부의 상부에 각기 형성되며, 상기 제1,2거치부에 거치된 파이프와 수평재의 연결부위에 대해 용접시키는 제1,2용접기;를 포함하여 구성된다. 이에 따르면, 건축물 시공에 사용되는 서포트 파이프의 양단에 수평재(플랜지)를 자동으로 동시에 용접할 수 있어 완제품 제조 공정이 월등히 간결화될 수 있고 신속해짐은 물론 용접 품질의 향상을 도모할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
