The present invention relates to a safety device for an injection molding machine, comprising: a safety unit which is coupled to the injection molding machine so as to be moved along with a moving plate of the injection molding machine; a locking unit which selectively blocks the movement of the moving plate by selectively blocking the movement of the safety unit; and a moving unit which moves according to the movement of a door so as to open and close a connection path for entering and exiting a clamping device of the injection molding machine. In particular, the locking unit comprises: a locking member for selectively blocking the movement of the safety unit; a driving mechanism which moves while being selectively pressed by the moving unit that moves along with the door; and a transfer member which is installed in each of the driving mechanism and the locking member, so as to cause the locking member to move according to the movement of the driving mechanism.
본 발명은 사출성형기의 이동형판과 함께 이동되도록 상기 사출성형기에 결합된 안전부; 상기 안전부의 이동을 선택적으로 차단하여 상기 이동형판의 이동을 선택적으로 차단하는 잠금부; 및 상기 사출성형기의 형체장치로의 출입을 위한 연결통로가 개폐되도록 상기 출입문이 이동됨에 따라 이동하는 이동부를 포함하되, 상기 잠금부는 상기 안전부의 이동을 선택적으로 차단하기 위한 잠금부재, 상기 출입문과 함께 이동하는 이동부에 의해 선택적으로 가압됨에 따라 이동하는 구동기구, 및 상기 구동기구가 이동함에 따라 상기 잠금부재가 이동하도록 상기 구동기구와 상기 잠금부재 각각에 설치된 전달부재를 포함하는 사출성형기용 안전장치에 관한 것이다.
