According to one embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for preventing a stink from flowing backward includes: a stink backflow preventing unit allowing drain water passing through a drain space to be provided to a discharge space so that the drain water is discharged to a drain in case of a drain state and preventing the stink from flowing backward from the drain to the drain space by hydroplaning caused by the residual amount of the drain water remaining instead of being discharged in case of an undrained state; and a receiving unit receiving the stink backflow preventing unit therein. One side of the receiving unit is connected to the drain and the other side thereof is connected to a drain tank so that the stink backflow preventing unit is arranged between the drain tank and the drain.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 악취 역류 차단 장치는, 배수 상태인 경우 배수공간을 통과하는 배수물이 의해 배출공간에 제공되도록 하여 상기 배수물이 배수관으로 배출되도록 하되, 비배수 상태인 경우 배출되지 않고 잔류하는 배수물의 잔량에 의한 수막 현상으로 인해 상기 배수관으로부터 상기 배수공간으로 악취가 역류하는 것을 방지하는 악취 역류 차단 유닛; 및 상기 악취 역류 차단 유닛을 수용하는 수용 유닛;을 포함하며, 상기 수용 유닛은, 상기 악취 역류 차단 유닛을 배수통과 상기 배수관 사이에 배치되도록, 일측이 상기 배수관과 연결되고, 타측이 상기 배수통과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
