Sweeping apparatus with brush damage prevention structure
The present invention relates to a sweeping apparatus with a brush damage prevention structure which removes foreign substances or snow remaining on a road by a rotating sweeper unit by arranging the rotating sweeper unit on a vehicle body unit. An objective of the present invention is to provide a sweeping apparatus with a brush damage prevention structure which promotes a stable sweeping action. The sweeping apparatus with a brush damage prevention structure comprises: a vehicle body unit having driving wheels installed on the tail thereof, and a towing handle formed on the rear thereof; a rotating sweeper unit arranged on the front of the vehicle body unit in a rotating structure, and provided with brushes; a driving unit loaded on the vehicle body unit to provide the rotating sweeper unit with torque; and a support wheel unit installed on the front of the vehicle body unit. The support wheel unit is installed at one point of the front of the vehicle body unit in a vertical hinge structure to support the vehicle body unit to separate the rotating sweeper unit and a road when rotating downwards around a hinge shaft to be erected, and tightly bring the rotating sweeper unit and the road together when rotating upwards around the hinge shaft to be laid.
본 발명은 차체부에 회전 스위퍼부를 배치하여, 회전 스위퍼부를 통해 노면 상에 잔류된 이물질이나 눈 등을 제거하는 브러쉬의 손상 방지구조를 갖는 스위핑 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 후미에 주행륜이 각각 설치되고, 후방에 견인 핸들이 형성된 차체부와; 상기 차체부의 전반부에 회동구조로 배치되며, 브러쉬들이 형성된 회전 스위퍼부와; 상기 차체부에 탑재되어 회전 스위퍼부에 회전력을 제공하는 구동부; 및 상기 차체부의 전방에 설치되는 지지륜부를 포함하여 구성하되, 상기 지지륜부는 힌지축을 통해 차체부의 전반부 일지점에 상하 힌지구조로 설치되어, 힌지축을 중심으로 하향 선회하여 기립되면 회전 스위퍼부와 노면 사이를 이격되게 지지하고, 힌지축을 중심으로 상향 선회하여 눕혀지면 회전 스위퍼부와 노면 사이를 밀착되도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
