The present invention relates to a light-transmitting concrete block using a photocatalyst to reduce weight by using a lightweight thermal insulation structure inside the concrete, and a method of manufacturing the same. The light-transmitting concrete block using the photocatalyst includes: a concrete unit; a heat insulating unit partitioning the concrete unit; and a plurality of light transmitting rods penetrating the concrete unit and the heat insulating unit, wherein the concrete provides the light-transmitting concrete block using the photocatalyst including the photocatalyst.
본 발명은 콘크리트 유닛, 상기 콘크리트 유닛을 구획하는 단열부 및 상기 콘크리트 유닛과 단열부를 관통하는 복수의 광투과봉을 포함하며, 상기 콘크리트는 광촉매를 포함하는 광촉매를 이용한 광투과 콘크리트 블럭을 제공한다.
