According to one embodiment of the present invention, a light emitting structure using a phosphorescent material includes: a light emitting layer including the phosphorescent material absorbing energy of ultraviolet rays to emit the same as visible rays; a light guiding layer installed on a lower surface of the light emitting layer; and an ultraviolet lamp arranged on a side surface or a lower surface of the light guiding layer to supply the energy required for the light emitting layer through the light guide layer. Therefore, the light emitting structure can create a natural lighting effect on a pavement surface.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 축광재를 이용한 발광 구조는 자외선의 에너지를 흡수하여 가시광선으로 발광하는 축광재를 포함하는 발광층, 상기 발광층의 하면에 설치되는 도광층, 상기 도광층의 측면 또는 하면에 배치되어 상기 도광층을 통하여 발광층에 필요한 에너지를 공급하는 자외선 램프를 포함한다.
