The present invention relates to a method for preparing a glaze and a method for manufacturing ceramics using the same, and more particularly, to a method of preparing a ceramics glaze using a coffee ashes from burned coffee grounds and a method for preparing ceramics using the same. The method for preparing ceramics glaze includes a coffee ashes preparing step, a mixing step, and a glaze preparing step. In the coffee ashes preparing step, the coffee grounds are dried and then put in a saggar and heated at 900 to 1100°C for 4 to 6 hours. In the mixing step, 24 to 35 wt% of coffee ashes prepared in the coffee preparing step, 24 to 35 wt% of oak ashes, 30 to 50 wt% of feldspar, and 0.001 to 0.005 wt% of oxide are mixed. In the glaze preparing step, to a mixture prepared in the mixing step, water is added to achieve a specific gravity of 0.4 to 0.45 to prepare a glaze. According to the present invention, since the glaze is prepared by using the coffee ashes from burned coffee grounds, coffee waste can be recycled, waste disposal costs can be reduced, and environmental pollution problems can be reduced.
본 발명은 유약 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 도자기 제조방법에 대한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 커피 찌꺼기를 태운 커피재를 이용한 도자기 유약 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 도자기 제조방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 커피재를 이용한 도자기 유약 제조방법은 커피재 제조단계와, 혼합단계와, 유약제조단계를 포함한다. 상기 커피제 제조단계에서는 커피 찌꺼기를 건조한 후 갑발에 넣고 900 ~ 1100℃에서 4 ~ 6시간 동안 가열한다. 상기 혼합단계에서는 상기 커피제 제조단계에서 제조된 커피재 24 ~ 35 중량%와, 참나무재 24 ~ 35 중량%와, 장석 30 ~ 50 중량%와, 산화물 0.001 ~ 0.005 중량%를 혼합한다. 상기 유약제조단계에서는 상기 혼합단계에서 제조된 혼합물에 비중이 0.4 ~ 0.45가 되도록 물을 혼합하여 유약을 제조한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 커피 찌꺼기를 태운 커피재를 이용하여 도자기 유약을 제조함으로써, 버려지는 커피 찌꺼기를 재활용하여 쓰레기 처리비용을 감소시키고 환경 오염 문제를 해소할 수 있다.
